- With an Italian mother and French father I felt like I was born to paint! I recently came across an old (and I mean OLD!) drawing my mother had kept for me that I did in 3rd grade. In it we talked about "what I want to be when I grow up" and I had said, an artist. Well, it took me quite a few years, a degree in architecture, jobs in the corporate world, a husband and three kids to finally get around to fulfilling this lifelong dream. Now I am living my dream, and completely enjoying every minute I spend in my studio, creating!
